2019-10-12 Running at the park

Today we ran the park at 9 am.

There were some steps for running like below:

1 step: Running lightly for 10 min.

2 step: Running as fast as you can for 3 ~ 5 min.

3 step: Interval training

 

Some training finished, we charged some nutrition in a cafe.

And then we continued our talking.

At first we discussed some steps for knowing someone.

Cha said that someone who is in the 1st step can know other people's mind when they hear other people's mind directly.

Someone in the 2nd step can know it ... Um I don't remember it.

Actually there are 4 steps but I just take it in my mind.

After then we discussed various things.

in person: 직접 만나서의 의미가 강함
