Last weekend's running!

Actually I ran for 4 min on 2nd step.

I had been out of breath, so I had to stop running.

But I found that there was a good news.

Do you see something different below?

Some records got better.

## 1st step: 10 min running lightly

  >>>

## 2nd step: 4 ~ 5 min running as fast as possible

  >>>

## Some phrase & expressions

I didn't know how to use have + p.p until quite recently.

But now I understand how to use.

'have + p.p' tells state.

When you have to say some state someone has/do, you can use it.

For example,

1. At that time I had lost my wallet, after that someone helped me.

2. When you are supposed to meet some friends at 3'o clock, you can say 'I have arrived here already'.

So, 'have + p.p' just tells someone/something's state.
